RETURNS, REFUNDS, SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders that are made are final!, if you have provided the wrong shipping details please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible otherwise your order will be shipped out to the provided address.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
If you are unhappy or an item has been damaged, Returns are not accepted due to health and safety laws instead we either refund or send you a replacement or another item of your choosing.
Please email email@example.com to request a refund or exchange if your item is broken please take a photo and attach it to your email.
Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If you would like to choose a different item for an exchange it must be the same cost of your original purchased item or less (excluding shipping), If you wish to purchase a more greater priced item you must pay the remaining amount.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Sometimes due to high orders or restocking this time may take longer.
Prohibited international shipping items:
Aerosols including spray tans, hair spray, hair colouring and dry shampoo
If you do by accident order a prohibited item and live overseas we will send you an email that we cannot send that item.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Australia Post for both within Australia and International
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate shipping fee.Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
